The Transportation Check Program helps thousands of people living in Wyoming each year who have a disability that prevents them from driving.  

To make a referral for someone to the Transportation Check Program, please choose the appropriate county and make the referral to the mobility specialist working in that county.   

The mobility specialist working in that county will follow up with the person for whom the referral was made.
